CNC Linear axis automation applications.

The DX1 can control Rotary OR Linear CNC axis. Now there is an affordable stand alone CNC control for single linear axis applications. Simple fast programming, the DX1 uses industry standard G codes.

This Moore Grinding was recently upgraded with a New CENTROID DX1 CNC control. The cusomer prefers the simplicity of the control along with autohoming features of the CENTROID which save them time each day on setup. The reason for the retrofit was to eliminate the old troublesome control which was unreliable and was hard to program. Now the machine is holding tolerences down to .0001" making tubing roller dies and is running day in and day out.
